      Pros

      Opportunity for promotion as people leave. Experience working in a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. Great people and relaxed environment make coming to work less painful.

      Cons

      Low pay with limits on pay increase for promotions and Low job security with numerous lay offs over the past 4 years. Horrible benefits package.

      Good coworkers. Nice campus. Nice gym and cafeteria.

      Cons

      Horrible work environment. High turnover rate. I have regrets that I took this job. Very stressful job that is ambiguous in job responsibilities. Upper management does not understand it's workers. Brown nosers are rewarded while talented engineers are not noticed. Good old boy network. Lost a lot of young talent due to slow promotions and low pay. There are definitely better opportunities out there. There are several people looking for jobs outside the company.
