Pros
Fantastic, very diversified work-environment. Great peer collaboration. Excellent opportunities for career growth. The company is very diversified and offers great benefits to employees.
Cons
Too focused on making changes that would take the enterprise a notch up but failing to implement and follow through with changes. Poor program management and project portfolio management. All IT department has been outsourced to reduce staff to a bare minimum in lieu of IT transformation. Too many valuable resources were let go that will take many years (or decades) to replace. Poor strategic management actions.
