Pros

Lots of things to learn. One of most complex products on the mark. You have to challenge yourself since the training is almost un existing or superficial at best.

Cons

Lot's of lazy people. OT is expected but not payed. Management has the vision of a snail. People quit everyday. Have never seen a fast revolving door like here.

Exhausting place to work

Pros

Good place to learn as you tend to become involved in things you wouldn't normally deal with per your title. Lots of hours & if you like OT you could likely work 7 days a week during the summer months.

Cons

Troubling times in the truck industry is delaying pay increases & the little things are becoming extinct. Seems to be take & take recently. Pay could be better for the pressure one puts up with as soon as you startup daily. Seems your always behind due to the added responsibility's after layoff's.

Pros

The pros are undoubtedly the fantastic group of assemblers I am fortunate to work with. Throughout the recent beginnings and continuations of layoffs at the Huntsville facilities, their quality and commitment remain in tact.

Cons

The challenges of working here are not having enough daily production numbers to allow for a 40 hr. work week. Communication is often up to employees to explore truths about the company found mostly in articles released on the internet. As a non-union company we have lost business to union divisions with lower quality standards, and we are helping pay for pensions, while hoping to save enough for our own retirement before the engine division no longer exists.
