Pros

I really don't have a lot of pros to describe this place.

Cons

Bureaucratic, slow to react, no long term vision. I'm a senior engineer and this place is the worst run company I've ever seen. We jump thru hoops everyday while ignoring the long term repercussions. Our business philosophy is kick the can down the road and worry about it later.

Pros

There are no pros to this company. CEO and CFO are con men...robbing investors without firearms...everything they say is just a lie

Cons

The downside of working at Navistar is that you are working for the most unscrupulous management team ever assembled...every word out of their mouths is total BS/Fake News!

Pros

The pay is good if you have been there for a while. Good benefits, and great co-workers.

Cons

This company is dishonest, sneaky, and some of their work practices are violating Federal laws. People in HR are calling doctors to confirm appointments, trying to catch their employees lying to them. They want you to get things done in a timely manner, but they are anything but timely. They are constantly trying to find ways of screwing their employees. So my advice to anyone working at any of their facilities is have a backup plan. They will find a way to get rid of you including closing a plant that is Union to open a non union sweatshop. Don't think because they offer you good pay that they care about you. They will get rid of you in the Right to Work states, and the union shops they are playing a game of chess trying to get rid of the union.
