None, the place is filthy covered in black paint dusting all over the floor and entire plant except office areas.
Cons
Management is incompetent. The WORSE place ever to come in as a supervisor. Everything from the Kronos system to the machinery is very old and falling apart. There's so many clicks within the plant between some supervisors and group leads if your not in it they'll sabotage, stab you in the back, lie to upper management on you. The plant is filled with trashy bottom of the barrel supervisors and GL's, very unsavory individuals running the floor. The hourly associates seem to be pretty decent and a few GL's. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY!
