      Pros

      Hard work typically leads to promotion. Opportunity to gain experience throughout many different business functions.

      Cons

      Leadership decisions have led to poor financial performance and has impacted employee morale as there is temporary freeze in employee movement, no annual increase for 2012, and no incentive plan payouts on the horizon for the foreseeable future.

      Pros

      Great facility, the training programs, especially in finance, are excellent,the fitness center is better than some health clubs, the cafeteria is the best I've seen anywhere.

      Cons

      Financially, the company just isn't doing well in 2012, and that impacts the morale. the work environment, and eventually will impact the staffing levels. In short, because of the transition the company is going through, you can expect few opportunities for advancement or even raises/bonuses in the near term. Long-term, this should get better, so it's going to depend on what your. horizon is.

      Good benefits, new HQ, gym facilities is great, cafeteria is affordable and has great food.

      Cons

      More male pre-dominant given the nature of the company. Culture is old-fashioned and slow to change.
