How to easily describe how this company thinks and acts --> Navistar has so many negative reviews on Glassdoor that HR even made a new 'company' called "SLT Truck Company" and moved all the open job listings under that and a each HR rep gave the company a '5 star rating'. Standard Navistar: getting down voted and reviewed on Glassdoor - "what should we do?", "fix the problems and take the advice of the reviews?", "nah just start a new fake company listing and put all the jobs on that one instead so they don't know what they are getting into". Terrible management, they promote the people that "meet" deadlines, regardless of the quality of how things are completed and at what cost. Terrible work-place culture. I have experienced and seen several engineers be told they are "traitors" and "worth nothing" because they are leaving the company during their leaving negotiations.

Too many former GM and Ford management team members. I am not impressed with the fact that they continue to hire (friends) from companies that have failed and are put in key roles in the company.
