Good work environment,a few nice people,decent benefits, workout room in facility,big clean lunchroom,not in a bad area,lots of food for lunch in the area.

Where do I start? First of all upper management does nothing but push continuous improvement every year but apparently that doesn't apply to them! They want to suck more and more out of employees each year with unfair time studies! They do nothing to improve working conditions that are not involved in production and expect employees to do multiple jobs all the while keeping up with production. The supervisors coddle the seniors even though they are the laziest pieces of "beep" you would ever see! They get away with doing nothing (even though they are making $28 an hour) and pushing the work on the juniors! Also the way the contract is set up juniors will never get the pay rate the seniors make or the pension! It is a horrible feeling looking at these entitled little spoiled brats running the company. Management is in their pockets! If you are not in the "click" you will be treated badly! The pay rate is horribly bad! People have been there 10 years and they are making the same as someone walking in off the street! This place is a joke! Like I said don't walk...run!
