Pros
Well compensated with great benefits. Was able to make a difference within my department. The people in Fort Wayne were top notch and many are industry experts.
Cons
Senior management needs to be more open and up front with communications especially important issues like relocation. They are playing with more than just someone's career, there are other personal issues involved in this process. Capital improvement needs in Fort Wayne were constantly overlooked. Moving to Lisle (mistake) Loss of key management team members who were in the process of correcting past management mistakes.
