      Pros

      They are willing to promote high achievers without regard for years of experience. I f you are willing to put in the work and wow certain people you will get support and pushed up the organization.

      Cons

      Company is still in building stages. Many changes and no clear direction of how to deal with them. Change is success is desired but structure and people are still being shuffled to achieve it. Need to be ready for feeling of misdirection and inability to get good information.

      gud overtime pay. urban locale. training/education. u can gain experience working on varied aspects

      Cons

      some departments/teams were very bad in terms of friendly work environment based on mutual respect. appraisals/promotions are very very rare. exploitation of an employees desperation to hang to a job.

      Navistar Defense posesses many very talented folks. The management is second to none. Pay is good, considering the area and level of experience of many employees.

      Cons

      No room for advancement in many departments. Most promotions are given on a political basis, rather than skill based. Success with the company is all based on who you know.
