Rather than fully understand, appreciate, and exploit the proprietary capabilities of Navistar IT Employees as a competetive advantage, they look outside for solutions. The solutions do not lay outside IT or Navistar; the most effective solutions are under your nose and they don't even realize it.

People seemed to lack passion for their job and had a very strong 8-5 mentality. As you move up the ranks, people seemed to care about their jobs but not entry level positions.
