      Lots of opportunities to intern for in many different areas. People love to teach you about their jobs.

      Decent pay for entry level

      Cons

      Poorly managed factory, often people get sent home early because of poor planning (missing parts, machinery, not working, etc.), if you’re a heterosexual male, your career will be stagnant.

      Good pay for absolute no accountability Just laid off a bunch of useless people Full benefits Ability to travel Biggest pro is the worst con. You have the ability to achieve 0 deliverable but still collect a paycheck

      no accountability furloughs and lay offs while full, benefits are mediocre may be forced to travel Worst is working with comfortable, mediocre people who are ok sitting idle. 0 daily satisfaction Started at 80,000. Exceeded expectations which resulted in 1.9% raise….. make that make send but I digress. Company furloughed.. took 1.9% of my salary…. Finance did some slick shtuff there. Year 2 = same pay as Year 1.
