      Company name is too good as a great brand.

      Cons

      IT Sales Team is top at worse team in short you can not feel as team member. People who are working since many days are so horrible dominant mentality. They will make people run away. So no hopes in IT at Navistar. Better look for any other chances even on low pay to satisfy at work. All the best.

      Pros

      Beautiful building and great parking. Work environment is good. Flex working is great. The just installed EV chargers, but not free to employees.

      Cons

      Food service is just ok and they run out of food. Cubes are getting smaller with 3 mandatory in-office days.
