      Rapidly declining company. Constantly making the same mistakes. Cares more about timing and cost rather than quality.

      Pros

      Standard pay (but only for the first year). There is nothing else about the company is positive at it's current state.

      Cons

      Pay is only adequate for the first year. Don't expect raises or bonuses. Management expects you to meet impossible deadlines due to promises made to customers. "Just do it" mentality.

      Pros

      Standard pay and benefits and a majority of employee's are good to work around.

      Cons

      Low Morale. Pay is good, but low when you consider the cost of living for the Chicago area. Every 3 months there is another round of layoffs so morale is very low unless you have good political connections with management. Company will outsource work to foreign contract houses rather than hire US citizens for short term cost savings.
