      Great location for a company, good schools around for the kids. Work is relaxed. great products and engineers.

      Cons

      Company is most certainly circling the drain. The management is absolutely not capable of acting in an ethical and moral manner.In the history of corporate America, I do not believe there are too many CEO'S out there, that survive 13 quarters of losses. Navistar makes Enron look great! Company is top heavy. we are fortunate enough to live in a time and age to witness companies like GE, Google operate and on the other end of the spectrum are companies like Enron, Navistar, Lehman Brothers.
