      Bad upper management. Poor decision making at the top level. Bad strategic decisions around technology and relocation of facility to high cost area of country.

      Getting back to core business. Focusing on the bringing the company back to profitability. Decent compensation. World class headquarters.

      Uncertainty about the future of the engine manufacturing side of business. Have lost a lot of good people over the past few years.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were generally good to be around. For the first few years of my career I thought they really took care of me.

      Cons

      As things went downhill everything stopped. No more raises, no more bonuses. Every opportunity for a new job was "frozen" which continued on and on. Eventually you had to realize you were working for a dying company.
