Everything else. Most of the upper management are former failed GM employees that think they personally helped GM out of its bankruptcy. Management in general has almost no idea about anything going on day to day and even less about IT. This is a company that makes engines yet has to buy engines from its competitors because their own engines can't pass EPA regs.

A lot of wasted time on trying to impress top level management and not enough time spent on the real work at hand. Ownership and pride in projects seems to be lacking
