      Old school company that did not empower employees to make decissions

      Pros

      Large company with many areas to work

      Cons

      Too many longer term employees that had "survived" and would not make a decision in fear of losing their job. No one wanted to be responsible so decisions got made by committee or not at all.

      Pros

      If you want to learn something just by your own interest, it is good, as there are a lot of areas where people do not know what is going on. Work life balance is good

      Cons

      Promotion is only dependent if you know somebody very well. You will not get promoted even if you show solid performance for years. Demotivating because you will find new positions created, and people who do not perform as well getting promoted quickly, just because they know somebody.
