      Pros

      Very nice world headquarters in Lisle, IL Body Exterior manager cares about his employees and is easy to work for. Build shop in Melrose can turn around prototype parts pretty fast.

      Cons

      Health benefits could be a lot better and are getting worse each year. Direction from upper management is unclear. Turnover is really high.

      Promote positive discussion between cross-functional teams. Offer many cultural discussion between all levels of the organization allowing the ability to question leaders.

      Cons

      Many of the tools that are currently used have been developed over years, they have become so interlaced that understanding them has become a challenge.
