Not for the weak and faint of heart

- Off days/schedule was okay in theory. 2 days work, 2 days off. - Office location was relatively near. - Work starts and ends in office. No bringing of work home. - Colleagues are fun, no backstabbing.

Cons

- 12 Hour shifts, but actually 13 Hours due to 1 hour handover. - 2 days off, but need 2 days to recover from the mental strain of work, too tired for family, friends. - 3 Month Training given was a complete 180 from the actual work on the ground. - Work stress too high for compensation given, - Extremely high turnover rate, essentially a revolving door of new employees.
