From the 1st day that I engaged with the businesses Recruitment Manager to completing my 3 month Probation the focus has been on ensuring that my experience with my future employer has been smooth, encompassing, engaging and fun. Management have managed my expectations and have provided me with the ability to assimilate into the business both with my colleagues and with clients at a pace that has given me the ability to understand how they operate and deliver the best Security, Medical and Health service to its clients. Whilst at the same time enjoying my working surroundings and environment. Unlike other organisations that I have been employed with there is an understanding that if the employee is not happy and comfortable in what they do - she/he cannot deliver to the clients. Management in my BU from the MD down are totally focused and are prepared to engage with clients to portray that joined up environment.
