      Great team to be a part of

      Pros

      I’ve been working with Select for about a year now. The training here is intensive and the trainer and management are always supportive throughout the process. The schedule may be rotational but having 3-4 days off each week let’s me have time to do things outside work. Management is also very flexible about allowing schedule switches and I usually am always able to find a colleague who is willing to switch with me! I meet with my manager each month for my 1 on 1 and have been given opportunities for refresher trainings when needed. The benefits are also great! We get a significant amount of sick, vacation, and floating holiday PTO time throughout the year.

      5 weeks of training is the only pro

      Cons

      It's not $31,000 yearly. You will be assigned the shift they want; not the one you need. After the first week you will not be able to find someone in charge to help you. You are never given enough time to work on your customer's requests to be able to reply to them in a timely matter. The bonus is another misleading "benefit" They will everything possible for you not to be able to qualify for the bonuses. I can go on, and on, Do not apply. You will regret it.b
