client assistance, medical evacuations and repatriations

Cons

lack of compensation, work/life balance, staff appreciation, management inconsistencies and the list goes on.

Pros

Those that actually do the work are dedicated and excellent at what they do. The company also has a great training program which doesn't get the recognition it deserves.

Cons

There is frequent management turnover and the goals are unrealistic. Many in upper level management are quite clueless. While the company mantra is employee safety and security, they offer so little to their own employees. As mentioned before, there is certainly a culture of fear whereby others are ready to seize on other's successes in order to mask their incompetence. The company is also so top heavy that it is no wonder why the services offered by this company is so expensive.
