Pros

Diversity, culture that supports helping others over profit, travel opportunities. Opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. Ability to develop programs and initiatives that help employees and leads to improved client satisfaction. All levels of management work and this truly is a diverse working enviornment.

Cons

Benefits continue to go up. Sometimes influence (politics) from the top impedes work in the Assistance Centers.

Pros

None, stay away from this place AND Aspire Lifestyles who allowed themselves to be sold-out to ISOS which will eventually be their downfall.

Cons

There is not enough room in this space to list them all. VERY high stress!! But don't expect them to care OR stand behind their employees. Either sink or swim.
