      Great reputation in industry, Security and Medical staff have great domain knowledge and experience. Most people are friendly and smart.

      Work is often in a siloed, compartmentalized environment, often dominated by Sales Team wants/needs/opinions.

      Lots of smart, professional and kind people work here.

      Senior leadership members are megalomaniacs and could care less about the frontline staff. Want to do business in the US but have staff from other countries trying to tell staff how it works.

      Some co-workers were nice & good location

      Cons

      Management does not have industry knowledge & create procedures that worsen clients' experience. Sales goals are unattainable and unrealistic due to the book of business. As a result, there are shady salesman ordering products for customers that have not agreed to this. Accounting department charges multiple times for the same product without any repercussions. Be prepared to deal with gaslighting employees and when reported to HR, nothing happens.
