I have the opportunity to do interesting and meaningful work everyday. Management are open to new ideas and to innovate continuously. If you work hard you earn respect quickly. Teams are very diverse and international.

Cons

As the company is privately owned you never really feel you know what the longer term holds, but senior management have been communicating really well about the short and medium term goals and prospects.
