Pros

A purpose-driven company working with a diverse range of clients to support the health and safety of their workforce. A great learning experience. Good team spirit working with diverse range of people, cultures, expertise across the world. Great internal Learning & Development programs that makes you feel supported in your day to day job.

Cons

Quite a large hierarchical company with a lot of reporting, so better to be comfortable using multiple cloud-based digital applications aside from doing the job (i.e. meet clients, make calls, prepare proposals, negotiation, manage account, etc...) Sometimes complex decision process that could be more agile, but it usually depends on the direct management style.
