- Under Average Salary with yearly pay rises , that do not reflect market standards or the workload managed - Disrespectful HR management in such a politacally incorrect way, that legal consequences had to be considered - Workload not devided in team appropriately! A few had to do weekend shifts on top and late hours during the week (often unpaid), which resulted in burn out, stress & anxiety in various cases/teams, including need for therapeutical support after work or hospitalisation - High frustration for those who believed in the business philosophie and had to find out that those values & ethics count for clients only, not for employees - business trips had to be pre-funded, even and especially employees with junior titles and little income had to claim the money back later while senior business reps with extraordinary income got their expenses paid by the business prior to the work travel.

The culture is really arrogant. Most managers are white, British men. Quite nepotistic and performance reviews are less than objective. Especially the senior managers are quite double-faced. Although they hire a lot of young people, the progression between juniors and seniors is a abysmal.
