Cons

Upper Management in the Americas is not in any term good for the companies culture and for its employees. Clear bias and not uniform rules for employees, which set a clear line of discrimination with the rest of the company.

Global brand with an important purpose serving aviation and healthcare clients. Exposure to international operations and ISO/FAR-compliant systems. Opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally and learn about complex procurement processes. Many dedicated, intelligent colleagues at the ground level who care deeply about doing things right.
