      Generaly it is a good company.

      Cons

      No clear career path. Poor communication between managers and staff in the Assistance platform. Some managers think they are gods.

      - Great medical & travel benefits while working for the company - Flexible when it comes to personal time - If you give them long-term commitment they will help you grow your career

      Cons

      - As privately owned company, all politics are still dictated by the owners & very high-up managers - No one cares for young employees, regardless of their knowledge & ambition - If you don't plan a long term employment(5 years +) career growth is impossible - Change is constant and the communication of it is not at a good level
