      Pros

      Lot of work available, salary was very competative, some great people, with great ideas work for company.

      Cons

      Management needs to be permanent not transgressive. Project not completely figured out with most crucial parts in place.

      Incredibly passionate staff and team who care for the work they do and for each other. Consistently fast paced, global environment

      Cons

      Some disconnects between departments and offices. Communication could be better between departments and between management and others.

      Pros

      Not many, start off poor salaries compared to other companies and NOT good for LONDON cost of living. Holidays 22 days governments very MIN, BUPA healthcare again MIN cover the rest you pay yourself. Good foodie places close by if you want to spend 10 pounds a day) Break times outdoor areas of games, bizarre almost like watching robots at play.

      Cons

      Work 7 days a week, unless your in management, poor staff morale, bullying environment, they don't ask ''when'' or ''would'' or could'' its ''We Do'' and that's it. Take it or leave it. You 'might get asked' 'how do you feel about? but what they actually mean is ''This is how it will be or else. If your older than 35 forget it the majority of staff are under 35.
