Incredible colleagues with fantastic experiences and strong knowledge. Culture suited me - more hands-off and trustworthy to do your managerial role Never a dull day! Meaningful work Always a challenge and interesting Strong communication and transparency from security leadership Handled covid19 well and allowed alot of flexibility Big diversity within the security team

Cons

Always a crisis somewhere, so sometimes feels like it's non-stop work and difficult to catch a break. Proper time off is difficult to achieve. Some disconnect between the operations and the business side. Technology improving but still some frustrations on that side.
