Pros

Great solutions really helping their customers, especially during COVID19 times Great cause

Cons

- work environemnt awful, some nice and passionate colleauges but also plenty who are pretty self-centred - super oldschool way of working, way too many unnecessary e-mails to prove that employees are working (instead of delivering effectively for the customer) - not really open to critique although they claim so - some employees micromanage you so much, it prevents the joy of innovation -unnecessary high workload because of people who prefer to work inefficiently -very bad knowledgeable IT people, not helpful, takes hours to fix minor issues - people refuse to learn new efficient ways of working
