I joined 2 years ago and the company has met my expectations. I have worked in a number of different environments and this is up there with the very best I have experienced - International SOS is a company that does wonderful things for its clients and I am proud to tell my friends and family that I work for this company - It is a purpose and values led organisation - The people that work here are genuinely nice and are supportive of their colleagues - Senior management within Northern Europe are supportive of new ideas - I believe the way the organisation has handled the COVID-19 situation for staff has been exceptional - being flexible and keeping us up to date on the latest developments around the return to office

- The company is very complex and this can be challenging, especially for new starters - Internal communications needs work (see below for more details)
