      Pros

      Good working environment, a place where you are encouraged to learn & develop, a company that promotes from within !! - Yes really they do !! You can have the opportunity to work in all corners of the globe if you have what it takes!

      Cons

      No real downsides from my own perspective - I am respected as a team player ; as a person and for my skills.

      Pros

      Very impressive company has grown by leaps and bounds. Constantly adding new locations, new areas of focus and new lines of business. The owners have very tough standards in regards to quality and client management but they apply this same approach to being fair and supporting to their employees.

      Cons

      As with any company, if you aren't performing, you aren't going to rise and probably won't last long. It is a large and complex organization so as an employee I found it helpful to make sure I understood how the organizations is structured and also how to get my superiors to support me. Not always easy to do in such a fast moving business but it has been worth the effort.

      Pros

      The work is important as we help save lives. Colleagues and work environment are excellent and friendly - no politics. Requires real commitment. If you are willing to step up to the challenge, you will be given huge levels of responsibility, which is very rewarding.

      Cons

      The workload is intense, as there is always more to do than hours in the day and availability of team members to assist.
