Opportunities abundant for top tier, scarce for lower and mid level

Pros

European (almost) vacation standards, 22 days for employees at mid levels, global company, opportunities to move in company (if at right level). Compensation is solid.

Cons

Seems that C-levels are focused on career development of only senior management, not lower management or the "worker bees". Very top heavy organization. Unnecessarily complex organization (matrix). Promotion not always merit based. Highly bureaucratic.

This company employs wonderful people and does wonder work. It is very client focused and looks to provide a world class service Senior Leadership is focused on innovation and continual improvement. I've never felt like a "number" like in many multinationals. I've always been given the freedom to succeed at International SOS This company ALWAYS looks to promote internally and ALWAYS rewards hard work.

- Lots of opportunities to progress within the company, in regards to promotions, moves into different teams, and relocation to different offices across the world - Good work life balance - Friendly people, never too busy to help - Great office and work environment

- Some of the systems can be frustrating to use at times. Can take some extra work to get the correct results from the sustems.
