      - Highly rewarding environment, senior management are quick to recognise and reward hard work. - Excellent team morale - You can sleep tight at night knowing you have made an impact (cliche but true!) - Structured compensation and career advancement - Approachable senior management

      - Out dated IT infrastructure, can sometimes greatly impact productivity - Size of the company can make decision making/approval for new initiatives slow

      Services company offers are market leading, rewarding, and truly global. Lots of career opportunities if you work hard, a company to be proud of

      Cons

      Overly aggressive growth targets mean lack of generosity concerning benefits despite company continuing to grow. if you are a woman who wants to have children in the near future without a rich partner you will have to consider moving elsewhere as lack of maternity benefits. especially concerning when sister company Control Risks has completely different approach.

      Pros

      True respectful attitude among people, very challenging atmosphere wich pushes everyone to do better, be innovative and be effective. Managers lead by example and communication is done in order to bring everyone in a state of conscious awareness of what is going on WW. Training possibilities are great.

      Cons

      As the company is a fast paced one, permanently improving and questioning its methods, only strong , well balanced people can in a way survive. Weakness if any, needs to disappear very quickly.
