Pros
Great work ethic throughout the business, and everyone is willing to help. I was thrown into the deep end in my first few weeks, and I loved it as I was given amazing exposure. My manager and co workers were very much on hand to support all my queries. I really like the communicative approach management are taking with employees - it shows they are willing to listen. Overall a really good 3 months, the best place to be if you are looking for a challenge and solid exposure to different business areas.
Cons
Quite a complex organisation structure wise, so I am still getting used to that and understanding different functions .
