- Large international organization where you can enter and start/make career in - Great care for international employees - Packages are based on experience & nationality, not on local market

Cons

- Change is constant and often badly communicated - HR doesn't have a say in changes, they are just delivered the final decision - Internal career progress happens based on relationships & experience, not always transparent - Decision making is extremely slow, unless it's an urgent issue

Highly arrogant management team

Almost tax free salary and nice headquarter in Singapore.

Cons

I have been working there for some years now. I am on the medical triage side. Senior management team is arrogant and tend to snub you quickly. Nobody will help you if the workload is suddenly high. They don t value your input or ideas. Management team in Singapore is very narrow minded, (despite the company name). Some doctors think they are God, when actually you loose your clinical skills very quickly sitting in front of the computer and the phone all day. Their knowledge is completely out of date. Some managers and HR people have been there too long and spend their time protecting their back. Can t wait to leave.

Business concept is sound and helping others in their hour of need makes for meaningful work. Growth throughout the recession shows the strength of the value proposition

Cons

The internal culture is broken and nasty and makes for highly stressful work environment. The company cannot retain people and the HR team cannot backfill quick enough. Whilst diverse culturally, senior management are all from the same place. Decisions are made by only one person with plenty of yes men backstabbing each other
