Amazing group colleagues who genuinely care about what the business does and the people they work with. Lots of opportunities for career development. Approachable management who really make an effort. Fast paced environment with no two days ever the same. The business park is a great place to be based - so much going on and it’s especially nice in the summer.

Cons

Complex business structure which can make it hard push changes through quickly. Whilst communication within the region is great we can be left in dark about things happening at group level.

Pros

Very unique work environment. Never worked on a client contract like this where I deal with such a diversity of people, which is a great joy. The team is great and work well together when it gets busy. Nice office environment in Chiswick business park.

Cons

Some of the systems are very outdated and need upgrading faster than it currently happens. Progressing is slow, which is not an issue though if you are happy with work life balance.
