Pros

Very good people, interesting, educated, welcoming and flexible. Immediate internatinoal exposure to different cultures in the informal office atmosphere and during the work process. Very good start for a career at the initial stage to gain experience and understand the living process of a global company.

Cons

Limited opportunity for career growth and self-development when you passed the initial stage and got familiar with how everything works. The management's policy not always clear. Sometimes too much of 'motivate people' approach.

Pros

Fast paced,useful, contributing to society by the work you do . Case management for a diverse population can be incredibly rewarding. ISOS operations offers this opportunity. If you speak another language, it offers a way of using it for translation.

Cons

Mid management +draconian management. The culture of operations is not unlike being high school. The tattling of tongues, the cliques, all make for an unpleasant work environment.
