      Pros

      There was a young adult population that kept things fun and interesting, and you have the opportunity to learn a lot and get involved with many different areas of government contracting.

      Cons

      Lacks organization, checks and balances, low professionalism, nepotism present, and resembles more of a monarchy than a democracy.

      Get to experience working in an assistance company that delivers quality service to their clients, most of the time.

      Cons

      You must be proactive to promote yourself, like a peacock fanning it's feathers, if you intend to get management to notice you (for career advancement).

      Pros

      Management is accessible, diversity in terms of learning work ethic from various cultures. Good exposure

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive, entitlements and allowances seem to be different in my country as compared to the rest of the sub-region. Unable to retain good workers, have worked under 5 different bosses in one year, and partnered with more than 6 colleagues in one year. No job orientation. No opportunities for further studies-none, seems like this area is not even up for discussion.
