Pros
Good pay and excellent healthcare benefits, although the premiums have gone up substantially in recent times.
Cons
There are NO senior women with executive authority in this company. Yes, there are some that oversee typically 'female' positions like HR or marketing but you'll never see a woman with any shred of authority to actually make an executive decision. Or, the ones that did have all been demoted/removed/eliminated. More female executives have been fired or left the company in the last 2 years than hired--not a good sign. Women, if your career matters to you, you won't matter here.
