Pros

Diversity, culture that supports helping others over profit, travel opportunities. Opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. Ability to develop programs and initiatives that help employees and leads to improved client satisfaction. All levels of management work and this truly is a diverse working enviornment.

Cons

Benefits continue to go up. Sometimes influence (politics) from the top impedes work in the Assistance Centers.

Pros

Good exposure to multinational teams and healthcare. Learned organisational skills and multitasking skills that will stand in good stead for the future. I really enjoyed my secondment to Singapore and meeting other members of the global team

Cons

Poor opportunities for career progression. Not as much transfer work as initially sold in the beginning.

Pros

A company that is passionate about what they do for clients, always looking to offer the best service and stay ahead of our competition. Offering excellent support for employees wanting career progression, International SOS also provides plenty of opportunities to get to know colleagues from different departments like inductions and monthly socials. I do have not had a bad experience during my time at International SOS, the work-life balance around the office seems to vary, however it seems most people leave at 5.30pm and others not long after. So far in my time here I have been on several training courses to further my experience in my role. I find managers are not opposed to you finding additional training you wish to do and support this 100%.

Cons

Benefits could be more competitive.
