Pros

Every day is something new. You will never be bored. Great co-works (not including management).

Cons

The amount of stress the assistance center coordinators are under is unbearable. They tell you that they know the job is stressfull but in all actuality they don't care. Expectations for their employees are unrealistic. Your set up for failure the second you walk in through the doors.

Pros

Rank and file employees were close as they had to stick together. Good camaraderie.

Cons

Company loves its clients until they attempt to replace ISOS as their assistance provider. Contract renewals are heavy handed and one sided. Employees asked to do very difficult tasks in dealing with clients.
