Pros

Generally great staff, although most don't seem to be very happy.

Cons

Bureaucratic. Every head of a department in the various Head Offices (UK and Singapore) want their own reports from the various country/city offices / clinics. Daily, weekly, monthly, and of course yearly. One staff member practically did nothing but generate reports, total waste of time and money. Corrosive corporate culture and questionable business ethics. Generally disliked, often hated by clients, but custom is given to ISOS due to very few alternatives. Very little if any management autonomy and devolved decision making authority.

Pros

salary is average in the job market but not very competetive, exposure to working in various fields of work e.g aviation, oil and gas, mining and security etc. Working with well organised and structured PNPs and SOPP. Advantage of adding working for a multinational company to your resume.

Cons

Poor Human resource structure, employee Career develpment is very poor; usually employ people for specific jobs and does provide sponsorships for advanced studies. This is not a company to work for more than 4 years. The company is centered on the job than wellbeign of the workers

Pros

The work they do, Singapore is the global HQ

Cons

Need to be seen at your desk in the office (no trust in employees), long hours due to uneven distribution of workload within and between departments, unreasonable internal deadlines for projects (last minute demands for various reports), management's investment strategy is not profitable, need to be contactable during vacation periods, slackers get it easy (the better you do your job, the more work you get even if it's the slacker's job to do it)
