      Pros

      Exciting job, no day was the same. You get to take home some incredible work stories.

      Cons

      Difficult to maintain a healthy work/life balance. THe job could be very stressful dealing with demanding customers.

      A very large family run business

      Pros

      Some very nice and very smart people work there, who are truly dedicated. Interesting work with good opportunities for travel. Salaries not bad. " A great place to work if you just want to cruise" (as quoted by a senior director)

      Cons

      Beaureaucratic and inflexible management, innoviation is not encouraged and change (even small ones need CEO approval. Senior promotions are normally given to close friends or family. Any criticism will be dealt with harshly. Very high churn of people especially in the alarm centres. Lots of international workers who take worikning holidays in europe. Not somewhere where performance or innovation will be rewarded.

      Positive Working environment, with top quality staff. Great exposure to have experience working with multiple nation office staff. Great place to learn because of nature of business process/

      Cons

      Overload works with minimum number of staff, not prioritize on staff training, and lack of standard. High conflict on office politics
