      Pros

      Allows you to do different things every day, and in some amazing places you would ordinarily never be able to even see.

      Cons

      Very disorganized corporate structure with an extremely haphazard HR department. It is still run like a family business as opposed to a billion dollar company.

      Pros

      It really is like the TV show Thunderbirds - very, very cool to be saving lives every day. The most interesting group of people working in one place anywhere in the world. Everyone has done something interesting before they joined. Clear market leader. A privilege to work there.

      Cons

      Very demanding place to work. You really have to want to be the best, and to be passionate about helping others to do well here. Some people don't "get it," and leave within 3 to 6 months. It is a very sophisticated, unique organisation, and there's not much help understanding things. But people who make it to a year with the company seem to do really well.

      India management is not in par with the worldwide firm. No support fand training provided for professional growth
