      Pros

      Multiple resourcing; great global exposure and talented colleagues with great experiences; good place for initial learning compensations/employee benefits are good

      Cons

      HR/senior management biased towards parent company SOS, and so TSS as a joint venture suffers. Obscure policies pose confusion + frustration for freshers/present employees. As usual senior mgmt. is concentrated in a few. No career growth after reaching manager level. Some racist elements present in higher mgmt.

      Pros

      Job satisfaction, if management lets you support them instead of telling you what to do. It's an exciting company to work for, with a lot of changes all the time and brilliant career prospects if you work hard and senior management recognise that.

      Cons

      High pressure with little thought about the employees, even though the company prides itself in looking after their employees.

      Global company with a lot of autonomy and the people that we work with are the best. No single day is the same as events both locally and internationally affect each days work.

      I can not find any words to to fault International SOS.
