Training is extensive. Global work environment.

Cons

High-pressure, work overnight (with not a lot of management support during those shifts).

Pros

Benefits are great and if you work for a department that does 10-13 hours days 3-4 days a week, you can actually have more time off than average jobs

Cons

Management can be --not very helpful. Sometimes the expectations is a lot such as Not Ready time on the phones or break times. If you get a promotion, sometimes the powers that be will block you from moving on rather quickly. A hiring team will pass you up if your current manager doesnt " release you " from your department by a certain time.
